Amenities
Old Stone Ranch is filled with sprawling greenbelts and lush landscape, including approximately 1,800 trees. The beautiful streetscapes along Old Stone Cir are part of the HOA Common Area as well. In addition to the expansive Common Area landscape maintained by the Association, the following amenities exist within the community:
ENTRANCE LAGOON
The Entrance Lagoon features an incredible three-boulder fountain and pergola structures with waterfall scuppers. Along with West Lake, the Entrance Lagoon is frequented by various species of birds and ducks and always provides beautiful scenery. This entrance feature leaves a lasting first impression on guests and residents alike!
WEST LAKE
The largest of the three lakes, West Lake is frequented by a fantastic array of wildlife, including various species of birds and ducks! West Lake features a beautiful waterfall and is accompanied by one of the community's four (4) tot lots and a large Ramada with picnic tables overlooking the lake.


CENTER LAKE
Center Lake is the second largest of the the lakes. Surrounded by beautiful landscape and frequented by various birds and ducks, Center Lake is the prefect peaceful retreat for community residents and guests.

EAST LAKE
The smallest of the three lakes, East Lake is readily visible from Old Stone Circle and helps set the tone for the beauty and appeal seen throughout the community. Like the other lakes, East Lake is also frequented by an array of birds and waterfowl.

Reclaimed Water Note: The community's water features are filled with reclaimed (non-potable) water. Reclaimed water is not safe for consumption. Anyone who comes in contact with reclaimed water should wash themselves with clean (potable) water and soap. Please DO NOT swim in the community's water features or enter them for any reason.
Fishing Prohibited: Fishing is strictly prohibited at the community's water features. Fishing hooks and lines can damage the water feature liners and underwater equipment lines. In addition, the fish in the water features exist to help maintain appropriate aquatic environments. Removing fish can negatively impact the water quality at the water features. Finally, as mentioned above, the lakes are filled with reclaimed (non-potable) water, makin the fish in the water features not safe for consumption.
WEST LAKE TOT LOT
Located on the west end of West Lake, this tot lot is accompanied by a large Ramada with picnic tables overlooking West Lake.

PINALENO PARK
Located on S Pinaleno Dr between Old Stone Cir and Brooks Farm Rd, this park features a wonderful tot lot, Ramada with picnic tables, and open green space.
POWELL PARK
On the south end of the community, between the two E Powell Pl cul-de-sacs, sits Powell Park. Surrounded by sprawling green spaces and accompanied by a large Ramada with picnic tables, Powell Park is the largest of the tot lots.
ZION PARK
Located in the northeastern corner of the community at the end of the E Zion Pl cul-de-sac, Zion Park is a bit of a hidden gem. Zion Park has a terrific tot lot and sprawling green spaces for residents to enjoy.
